KINGMAN – (July 28) Response from U.S. Representative Congressional District 2 Candidate Charles Black (R-AZ) regarding Judge Bolton’s ruling on SB1070.
Judge Susan Bolton’s decision to place injunctions on sections of Arizona’s new immigration law was an act of judicial supremacy. Her decision has sent a strong message to the world that the U.S. federal government has no plans on enforcing national security. Open borders and the lack of federal enforcement has handed any group or terrorist organization a free pass to enter the U.S. and never make their access know.
Currently Arizona has lost the southern section of the State to human trafficking, drug cartels and illegal aliens. The Obama administration has no plans on securing or nations borders.
It is time we put real leader in Washington, one who will protect our Nation and will not back down. Arizona Needs a strong minded Citizen Candidate for Congress. Charles Black will not support amnesty or open borders. Mr. Black will stand and defend the United States and Arizona. Congressman Franks has done a good job, but we need a real leader in Washington not a voter. Charles Black will take the fight to Washington as Arizona’s next Congressman. We need to replace Rep. Franks with Charles Black in the August 24th Republican Primary Elections.
