ARIZONA GOP CANDIDATE FOR CD2 CHARLES BLACK RESPONDS TO FEDERAL INJUNCTION to SB1070

KINGMAN – (July 28) Response from U.S. Representative Congressional District 2 Candidate Charles Black (R-AZ) regarding Judge Bolton’s ruling on SB1070.

Judge Susan Bolton’s decision to place injunctions on sections of Arizona’s new immigration law was an act of judicial supremacy. Her decision has sent a strong message to the world that the U.S. federal government has no plans on enforcing national security. Open borders and the lack of federal enforcement has handed any group or terrorist organization a free pass to enter the U.S. and never make their access know.

Currently Arizona has lost the southern section of the State to human trafficking, drug cartels and illegal aliens. The Obama administration has no plans on securing or nations borders.

It is time we put real leader in Washington, one who will protect our Nation and will not back down. Arizona Needs a strong minded Citizen Candidate for Congress. Charles Black will not support amnesty or open borders. Mr. Black will stand and defend the United States and Arizona. Congressman Franks has done a good job, but we need a real leader in Washington not a voter. Charles Black will take the fight to Washington as Arizona’s next Congressman. We need to replace Rep. Franks with Charles Black in the August 24th Republican Primary Elections.

I am an American.

I believe the money I make belongs to me and my family, not some Liberal governmental functionary be it Democratic or Republican!
I'm in touch with my feelings and I like it that way!
I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized, and does not entitle you to anything. Get over it!
I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac, do it in English.
I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where they want to.

My heroes are John Wayne, Babe Ruth, Roy Roger s, and Willie G. Davidson that makes the awesome Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

I don't hate the rich. I don't pity the poor.
I know wrestling is fake and I don't waste my time watching or arguing about it.
I've never owned a slave, or was a slave, I haven't burned any witches or been persecuted by the Turks and neither have you!
So, shut up already.
I believe if you don't like the way things are here, go back to where you came from and change your own country!
This is AMERICA .We like it the way it is!
If you were born here and don't like it you are free to move to any Socialist country that will have you.
I want to know which church is it exactly where the Reverend Jesse Jackson preaches, where he gets his money, and why he is always part of the problem and not the solution.
Can I get an AMEN on that one?

I also think the cops have the right to pull you over if you're breaking the law, regardless of what color you are.
And, no, I don't mind having my face shown on my drivers license.
I think it's good.... And I'm proud that 'God' is written on my money.

I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years.
I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making 'donations' to their cause.
Get a Job and do your part!
I believe that it doesn't take a village to raise a child, it takes two parents.
I believe 'illegal' is illegal no matter what the lawyers think.
I believe the American flag should be the only one allowed in AMERICA !

Mohave GOP Candidate for CD2 Charles Black Withdraws Endorsement for Jim Deakin
KINGMAN - Effective today Arizona Congressional Candidate Charles Black withdraws his endorsement and support for GOP candidate Jim Deakin in his race for the US Senate Race in Arizona. An accumulation of events have culminated in this decision. “I can no longer support his candidacy due to a variety of factors the weigh heavily on my heart” Black said.

The most recent event, publication of the proposed itinerary for a border trip last Thursday, in clear violation of necessary security arrangements was the final event that caused Mr. Black to decide on this course of action. Prior to that Jim’s campaign has falsely claimed that JD Hayworth personally recommended that Arizona’s citizens take their names off Jim Deakin’s petitions on Aril 7, 2010. Jim himself stated to a small group that, in fact he had a video of JD making such a claim, but chose not to post the video. Later, Jim stated online that Steven Robinson lied about this statement, and denied making that claim. After numerous requests for Jim to correct the record by local constituents, that went ignored; “I determined my responsibility was to my potential future constituents and therefore disassociate myself from the Deakin Campaign. I will no longer support, or campaign for Jim Deakin and I would ask that he remove my name from any website or campaign literature”.

“In my campaign for US Congress District 2, I have strived to maintain complete respect and integrity in my challenge of the incumbent Trent Franks, whom I respect highly. We have our differences, which is why I’m in the race. I have worked diligently to maintain my reputation and conduct myself to the highest ethical standards. This decision, though very difficult, due to the friendship developed over the four months was best for myself, my family, my state and country”.

BULLHEAD CITY — Approximately 100 people came out Sunday night for a candidates forum in the Mohave High School auditorium, sponsored by the Mohave County Tea Party. Candidates appeared in the following order, appealing for support on Aug. 24, primary day:

District 3 Arizona House candidate Ray Cullison advocated creation of a state bank, and “getting back to our founding principles, strengthening the border and deporting illegal aliens.”

District 3 Arizona House Rep. Doris Goodale said conservative house members did their best to prevent the state from taking money away from local governments. Goodale said she’s kept her campaign promises and pledged to “be right beside you, fighting.”

District 3 Arizona House Rep. Nancy McLain said she’s an advocate of “taking back powers that belong to the states. McLain sponsored a bill, signed into law, that stipulates any firearm manufactured in Arizona, used in Arizona, is not subject to any federal regulations.

U.S. House District 2 candidate Charles Black advocated eliminating the federal income tax and the Federal Reserve. “If it’s unconstitutional, it’s not going to happen” on his watch, Black promised.

District 2 U.S. House Rep. Trent Franks said the income tax should “be abolished entirely,” and replaced with a national sales tax. He said he’s voted to audit the Federal Reserve “and give powers back to Congress.”

U.S. Senate candidate Jim Deakin said, “The first question we should always ask, ‘Is it constitutional?’” Deakin, a Navy veteran, recommends closing military bases overseas. He said “taxes in general are legalized plunder.”

J.D. Hayworth advocated term limits for federal legislators and the judiciary. “It is my intention to serve two consecutive terms,” he said. Hayworth voted for tax breaks twice, while his opponent, Sen. John McCain opposed them, he said. “Thank him (McCain) for his service and welcome him home,” Hayworth recommended.

Response to Tea Party withdrawing their endorsement

In order to control the overwhelming response I have received about the Tea Party Patriots of Glendale withdrawing their endorsement and support for my campaign. I feel the need to try and answer as many questions upfront to address the issues surrounding the current information being posted and emailed.

First I would like to personally thank all the Glendale Patriots who have been contacting me all day about the endorsement withdraw. The response has been great to realize just how many supporter I do have in Glendale and the large number who do not agree with the decision.

I made a post on the I-Caucus Arizona page on July 1, 2010 just before heading out to the local gun range for a competition. The post was very straight forward and to the point that I fully endorse and support Jim Deakin for Arizona’s next U.S. Senator. This post also included a personal experience I had with JD Hayworth when I first started campaigning and the unprofessional behavior he showed towards my family and friends. I have every right to call out anyone who thinks or feel that they are above me.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

I made this response public as I am straight forward, and I do it as a freeman living in the County that I love. I feel that even as a candidate for public office I have both the right and duty for the benefit and in the best interest of the voters to express my concerns and views about those who have in the past or in the future may do harm to our Great Republic. This is the true reasons for serving the voters is to dedicate my time, passion and dedication to preserving our freedoms as a nation.

Within a couple hours of making the post, notice was sent out from Annette who is the leader of the Tea Party Patriots of Glendale on facebook about the withdraw of support for my campaign.

It has been brought to my attention that Congressional candidate, Charles Black has been engaging in politically unprofessional and personal attacks upon other another political candidate on the iCaucus website. I verified this information and regret that Mr. Black engages himself in this, especially on a public website. I believe in fact-based debate with viable evidence to support one's viewpoint. A motion has been made by several of our group members to withdraw our endorsement. I have second the motion. I will not place the credibility of the Tea Party movement in jeopardy by endorsing any candidate involved in unsubstantiated, slanderous behavior. I regret that Mr. Black, a grassroots candidate, has acted unprofessionally and indignantly. If any of our members oppose such a motion, please contact me immediately by email or phone. I will be notifying Mr. Black with our regrettable decision tomorrow morning. - Annette McHugh

I am not sorry for what I posted and there is no reason for me to apologize for what was said. I speak the truth based on the integrity and courage that the United States Military instilled in me. I will stand for and with the voters of Arizona both as a leader, patriot, conservative and a citizen. I embrace the true grassroots movement that has caused our nation to finial awaken to the corrupt government that is now at an uncontrollable rate, eroding the patriotic values that our Founding Fathers penned to free us from the rule of England. This progressive rule has included democrats, republicans and socialist just to name a few. I will not stand for a socialist government controlling our freedoms or a RINO or recycled politician that the voters removed for failing to serve them to the best of his ability.

Notification of support withdrawal

I have lost the support and endorsement by the Tea Party Patriots of GLendale, because I have exercised my first amendment right. I stated my support for US Senate candidate Jim Deakin while I made a statement against JD Hayworth and the rude behavior he displayed to my family and friends. I am an Aggressive Constitutional Conservative and I will not be quit towards those who want to do harm to the United States and our citizens.


Letter from the Glendale Tea Party Leader:

Dear Mr. Black,

Regretfully, the Tea Party Patriots of Glendale have decided to rescind our support and forthcoming endorsement of your political campaign. It was brought to my attention that you were engaging in dicussions of personal matters on a public forum/website (iCaucus). We place the credibility of the Tea Party movement in jeopardy by supporting and endorsing political candidate's who engage in sharing personal opinions (both substantiated and unsubstantiated) on a public website. We do believe you to have the utmost, and best intentions to serve the citizen's of Arizona, but we cannot support any political candidate who does not understand the politically negative ramifications of unthoughtful, unprofessional actions and words toward oppositional candidate's on public websites. We find no error, nor judge you on your personal opinions toward candidates. We all have them. But we expect our politicians to use a higher level of discernment in speaking on personal political preferences and matters in public, when these matter's should discussed privately. We all need to show our support of our chosen candidate's, but don't allow youself to be caught up in speaking negatively toward other candiate's. I personally believe you to have a lot of many respectable qualities which, with more experience and polishing, could truly help you to become a more credible and stronger political candidate for Arizona. My personal hope is that the Tea Parties will establish a training program for grassroots politicians, to better prepare them and enable them to understand the importance of humility and professional judgment and respect that all candidate's deserve, regardless of political biases and opinions. You mentioned Congressman Trent's Frank's actions and how you admired and respected the way he handles himself with civility and honor. I think he would be a great asset and role model for you to follow. Our Tea Party simply believed some of Congressman Frank's voting record to be somewhat questionable and we were willing to listen and consider other political candiate options, such as yourself. No matter what the elections results to be, I wholeheartedly encourage you to remain in politics, start at the very basic levels of public office, gain more experience, which will help you to become a stronger candidate with a admirablel reputation among your colleagues. Your misjudment in engaging in discussion of personal matters on a public website is not the end. You have enough good intentions and valuable military experience that is needed in political postions. Arizona voter's want people with that kind of background and knowledge, but we also need them to act courteously and dignified toward all political candiate's so that we can be reassured that all of our politicians can set aside differences and work together and united for the common good of Arizona.
